Please read these Terms of Business thoroughly. Any work carried out by Arty Kids Productions is based on the understanding that these Terms are understood and accepted by the customer.

The placing of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Arty Kids Productions shall be entitled to sub-contract any service it agrees to perform.

An order and the acceptance of a quotation must be accompanied by sufficient information to enable Arty Kids Productions to fulfil the order and both parties must agree any modifications in advance. Arty Kids Productions must have the fullest details of a request to ensure an accurate quotation. Subsequent variation to the specification contained within a description can render the quotation void.

Any work carried out beyond the initial consultation period, whether preliminary, experimentally or otherwise, at the customer's request, will be charged accordingly.

Delivery to the customer will be by the most affordable means for that item and if delivery is in mainland UK is included in the quoted price. Delivery will be by one of the following means: Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier. Arty Kids Productions cannot guarantee delivery times or dates due to circumstances beyond our control.

Arty Kids Productions takes into account, wherever technically possible, requests regarding colour balance. However, without special instruction or colour sample guide, reproduction of colour will be deemed faithful at the discretion of Arty Kids Productions. Unless clearly specified, printing compositions will be at the discretion of Arty Kids Productions whose decision will be final.

All stated print and trim sizes are nominal and Arty Kids Productions will accept no liability for minor variations in size.

While every care and precaution against loss or damage to originals or articles entrusted to Arty Kids Productions will be taken, liability for loss or damage shall be limited to the invoice value of the reproduction element of that particular original or article.

Without prejudice to other remedies, Arty Kids Productions shall in respect of all unpaid debts due from the customer, retain title to the goods until such debts are paid. In the event of a customer being unable to pay debts, Arty Kids Productions may recover the goods which are it property by virtue of this clause by means it deems necessary.

Arty Kids Productions shall be indemnified by the customer in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out of any libellous matter printed for the customer or any infringement of trade marks, copyright, patent or design.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all material presented for reproduction is free from any third party claims for breach of copyright or license.

A request may be cancelled after work has been commenced provided all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation are paid.
Where no other terms have been specified, Arty Kids Productions’ term of payment are 50% at start of work and 50% once a proofing document has been agreed. Order will normally take 21days from the receipt of the first payment.

Any proofing documents supplied by Arty Kids Productions are intended to give a reasonable representation of the final image. Due to variations in the final output we cannot guarantee an exact recreation of the colour in either hard copy or on screen proof.

Arty Kids Productions are not responsible for the care and handling of any prints once received by the customer. Arty Kids Productions are not liable for damage caused by third parties.

Life expectancy and performance of any canvas printing is based on manufacturers and suppliers claims. Arty Kids Productions are not liable for any deviation in quality or consistency of printed images and media. Arty Kids Productions reserves the right to change media suppliers at any time and does not guarantee consistency of media quality.

Any complaint regarding a print must be logged with Arty Kids Productions within 24 hours of receiving the delivery and it is at the discretion of Arty Kids Productions to name compensatory terms where Arty Kids Productions feels that it is applicable.

Arty Kids Productions will return original paintings to customers.
